Terms and Conditions

1. Invoicing and Payment

  1. Invoices will be issued on 25th of every month as cut-off encapsulating the total amount for the past month’s usage for Daily and Package Clients.
  2. Credit terms are 15 days from the invoice date for Daily and Package Clients.
  3. Payment is accepted by direct bank transfer only. Cash/cheque and or credit cards will not be accepted.

2. Indemnities

  1. Sycamore will not be responsible for the safekeeping of any documents, materials, equipment, or personal belongings for the Client. Any lost & found items left behind by the Client(s) will only be kept in Sycamore for up to two (2) weeks, after which they will be disposed of.

3. Additional Services

  1. Additional Services may be available, either in connection with the specific premises or pursuant to special or additional features, Service Packages, or other offerings. Additional Services and prices provided may vary at Sycamore’s complete discretion and shall be provided during normal operating hours. A surcharge may apply for services provided after normal operating hours.
  2. All Additional Service requests must be submitted via the Additional Services part during the booking process via Sycamore’s booking platform.
  3. Types of additional services are:
    • 1. Airport transfer
      2. Chauffeured MVP rental
      3. Gourmet catering
      4. Private dining with a personal chef
      5. Customer party decorations
      6. Professional children’s entertainment
      7. Corporate event planning with experienced emcees
      8. Live two-piece band
      9. Draft beer and bartender service

4. Cancellation Policy

  1. Daily Client
    • Cancellation >5 days prior to the use of the meeting room
      No cancellation fee except for the costs of any committed additional services.
      Cancellation ≤5 days prior to the use of the meeting room
      A cancellation fee, equivalent to 50% of the booking rate for the meeting room will be imposed, in addition to the costs of any committed additional services.
      Cancellation ≤2 days prior to the use of the meeting room
      A cancellation fee, of 100% the booking rate for the meeting room will be imposed, in addition to the costs of any committed additional services.

  2. Package Client
    • Cancellation >5 days prior to the use of the meeting room
      No deduction from package usage, except for a separate bill for the costs of any committed additional services.
      Cancellation ≤5 days prior to the use of the meeting room
      A direct deduction from the Client’s package for the equivalence of ½ a day of the booked meeting room AND a separate bill for the costs of any committed additional services.(A minimum of ½ a day will be deducted even if a booking is made for ½ a day).
      Cancellation ≤2 days prior to the use of the meeting room
      A direct deduction from the Client’s package of 100% the booked meeting room AND a separate bill for the costs of any committed additional services.

When a reservation is cancelled, the Client is responsible for any payment in which Sycamore is liable to any third parties. No cancellations and amendments will be entertained for food and beverage orders confirmed three (3) working days before the day of booking/events.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
